These terms describe how you may use Uploft's digital guides and bundles. Please also review the details on the product page before placing an order. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Digital delivery

Our products are digital files, not physical goods. The exact files, formats, and any software requirements are listed on each product page. A download link is sent after the order is confirmed; no physical shipment is made. If you cannot access a file, contact us.

How you may use the files

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use the files for your own household, event, or internal business workflow, as appropriate to the guide. You may print working copies and share the specific pages needed with people helping you carry out that use—for example, a wedding-day helper or a teammate following an SOP. You remain responsible for how those copies are used.

You may not resell or sublicense the files, post them publicly, include them in a product for others to buy, or distribute the complete bundle outside your own permitted use. If you need a broader license, ask us first.

Our guides offer general information and planning tools. They are not a substitute for personalized legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Refunds and legal rights
