Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following situations:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• You were charged but did not receive a download link
• You were accidentally charged twice for the same product
